The open-air museum of the Pilica River

The open-air museum of the Pilica River has been created since 2000 and is the first open-air museum in Poland dedicated to the river. Skansen documents and pop
it glamorizes the natural and historical heritage as well as the cultural space of Pilica and Nadpilicz. The basic and consistently implemented assumption of the Open Air Museum of the Pilica River is to create a living facility where the nature and history of the river and the cultural space it has created can be explored with all the senses - sight, hearing, touch and taste.

The Blue Springs Nature Reserve is located next to the Open-Air Museum of the Pilica River.
