During the stay of the youngest guests, we are guided by the slogan "Child Vip in the Hotel", which is why, as a Child-Friendly Hotel, we have prepared numerous facilities for our youngest guests.

On request, we deliver to the room free of charge:

• Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every Guest at Hotel Podklasztorze has the opportunity to extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM for free (if there are no reservations for the room, please contact the Reception to confirm availability.) Guests who have appointments for SPA treatments, after the end of the hotel day, may remain in the room longer (after confirming availability at the Reception).

It is possible to stay in the Spa&Wellness zone before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM, a complimentary luggage room at the hotel Reception, cloakroom, and changing room are available at the Monasterium Spa.

The Hotel Parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Failure to use any service during the stay, as well as shortening the stay does not result in a refund.

By making a reservation and paying a prepayment, the Guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and there is no possibility of separate valuation or exchange.

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us when making the reservation. Please provide the details for which the invoice is to be issued along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number when making a reservation will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date
