If you would like to give your loved ones gifts during Christmas Eve dinner, please prepare packages and label them with names and surnames.
It is possible to prepare meals considering the diet. Please report when booking.In case of need for gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the reservation process, and at the latest upon check-in at the Hotel.
Breakfast with regional specialties: homemade bread, honey from a nearby apiary, sausages from the hotel smokehouse; including Christmas breakfast on 25.12. and 26.12.
For you and your loved ones, a real Christmas feast – traditional Christmas Eve dishes perfected in every detail. Fresh carp, dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, as well as aromatic soups and cakes – all in the glow of candles and the sounds of carols, creating a unique, warm atmosphere full of joy and love.
Festive Christmas Eve dinner on 24.12. at 18:00 and festive dinners on 25.12. and 26.12. from 16:00 to 19:00
For Christmas, we prepare family tables for you. Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like guests from different reservations to sit at the same table.

We recommend Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant raw materials that were cultivated by monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are part of the Sulejów landscape and they were the inspiration in creating unique recipes for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.
The SPA offer also includes spa treatments for children.

During the stay of our youngest guests, we are guided by the principle of “VIP Child at the Hotel”, therefore as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest guests.
Additionally, a contactless thermometer and contact information for a first aid doctor are available at the reception.
Upon special request of our guests, we are able to organize a qualified babysitter.
The walls of the Abbey covered in white fluff look like something out of a fairy tale! The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
Every guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the option to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if the room is not reserved, please contact the reception to confirm availability). Guests who are scheduled for SPA treatments can stay in the room longer after the hotel day ends (after confirming availability at the reception).
It is possible to use the Spa&Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM. There is a free luggage storage at the hotel reception, a cloakroom, and a changing room at Monasterium Spa.
The Hotel Parking is located behind the hotel, about 200 meters away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.
Not using any service during your stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not result in a refund.
By making a reservation and paying a prepayment, the guest declares that they have read and accept all the information contained in the package description.
The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be separately priced or exchanged.
If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details on which the invoice is to be issued, including the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failing to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date
