• Breakfasts are served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

• Dinners are served from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast.

Monasterium SPA&Wellness

We recommend the monk rituals, based on natural plant materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the landscape of Sulejów, and they inspired the creation of unique recipes for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

During the stay of our youngest guests, we are guided by the motto "Child VIP in the Hotel," which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel, we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest guests.

At the request of guests, we provide to the room free of charge:

• crib for the child (blanket, bedding, small pillow, extra blanket)
• bottle warmer

• toilet seat adapter and bathroom step.

Additionally, a non-contact thermometer and contact to a first aid doctor are available at the reception.

• Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is an option to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every guest at Hotel Podklasztorze has the opportunity to extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM free of charge (if there are no room reservations, please contact the Reception to confirm availability.) Guests scheduled for SPA treatments may remain in the room longer after the hotel day ends (upon confirmation of availability at the Reception).

Guests may use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out until 6:00 PM, and the hotel offers free luggage storage at the Reception, as well as a changing room and locker room in Monasterium Spa.

The Hotel Parking is located behind the hotel approximately 200 m away. There is an option to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Failure to utilize any service during the stay, as well as shortening it, does not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and it is not possible to make a separate valuation or exchange.

• Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us about this during the reservation process. Please provide the details for the invoice along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
