** The romantic dinner is an alternative to dinner at the restaurant, which includes preparing a table outdoors and special decoration, as well as a waiter available to Guests. The cost of organizing the dinner is 300 PLN.

The option for a romantic dinner and treatments does not apply to children's stays.

Meals

There is a possibility of preparing meals considering the diet. Please report at the time of booking. In case of a need for gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the booking process, and at the latest when checking in at the Hotel.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.
Lunch and dinner are served from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.
Romantic dinner at the Miód i Wino Restaurant - please arrange the dinner time in advance at the Reception.

The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Meals are served in buffet style or plated (depending on the occupancy of the Hotel).

SPA Area is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM,

We recommend the original Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant materials that were cultivated by the monastic order. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the landscape of Sulejów and they were the inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

Practical Information

The hotel stay begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is an option to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every Guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the opportunity to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if there are no room reservations, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have scheduled SPA treatments after the hotel stay may stay in their room longer (subject to availability confirmation at the Reception).

It is possible to stay in the Spa&Wellness area before and after check-out until 6:00 PM, free luggage storage is available at the hotel Reception, as well as a cloakroom and changing rooms in Monasterium Spa.

The Hotel Parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception and unload luggage.

Not utilizing any services during the stay, as well as shortening it, does not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying an advance, the Guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package constitute an integral whole, and there is no possibility of separate pricing or exchange.

Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued, along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Advance payment of 30%, the remaining 70% payable 14 days before arrival

In the event of a change/cancellation of the reservation in less than 14 days or a no-show on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the booking value.
