Meals

There is a possibility of preparing meals considering dietary requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking. For gluten-free or lactose-free products, please provide information during the booking process, and at the latest upon check-in at the hotel.

Breakfasts are served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Capitular Hall above the restaurant.
Dinner is served from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Capitular Hall above the restaurant.

The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Meals are served in buffet or served style (depending on hotel occupancy)

We recommend original Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant raw materials that were cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the landscape of Sulejów, and they inspired the creation of unique recipes for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

For kids

Please provide information about the necessary amenities for children at the time of booking.

During the stay of our youngest guests, we are guided by the motto "Child VIP in the Hotel," which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest guests.

At the guests' request, we provide the following free of charge to the room:

a crib for the child (bedding, blanket, small pillow, extra blanket)
a bottle warmer
a changing mat
a bathtub
a non-slip mat
a toilet seat and a bathroom step.

Additionally, a non-contact thermometer and contact information for a first aid doctor are available at the reception.

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.

Each guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the opportunity to extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM free of charge (in case there are no room reservations, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have booked spa treatments may stay in the room longer after the hotel day ends (subject to availability confirmation at the Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM, with free luggage storage available at the hotel Reception, as well as a changing room and a dressing room in Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Not utilizing any services during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not result in a refund.

By making a reservation and paying an advance, the guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package constitute an integral whole, and there is no possibility of separate pricing or exchange.

Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details for the invoice along with the NIP number. Only if we place the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
